AMT CLUTCHES

Illinois Auto Truck offers four clutch products for AMT applications. The current IATCO product offering covers products for the UltraShift®, UltraShift PLUS®, Endurant®, Volvo I-Shift & Mack mDRIVE™, and Detroit DT12 transmissions.

MaxShift Clutch

The patented MaxShift Clutch improves on all previously available versions of UltraShift clutches. This design incorporates a dual cam spring feature to provide a strong and balanced adjustment. The over-adjustment protection feature will hold the adjustment in place should shock to the truck occur. The MaxShift Clutch includes an inertia clutch brake.

AMT

The AMT clutch offering is utilized with Endurant® transmissions. The diaphragm spring design provides for a maintenance-free and adjustment-free clutch. The release bearing is included with all IATCO AMT clutches.

Detroit D12

The DT12 clutch included two options for both the 6-spring and 5-spring models. The organic friction material allows for a smooth engagement. The DT12 clutch will work in vehicles produced with DT12 transmission manufactured 2012 to today.

Volvo Shift / Mack mDrive

The Volvo I-Shift / Mack mDrive clutches include two options, the first option for vehicles built with A, B, C, D, & E series transmissions, and the second option for F Series Transmissions. These units will work in vehicles with 11L and 13L engines.
